Craft as a
way of thinking.
CFS Woodshop is where I blend two worlds: technology and woodworking. By day, I manage complex systems and support people—where reliability, problem-solving, and customer service aren't optional, they're the foundation. In the shop, that same mindset carries through—just with wood instead of code.
I don't just build planters—I build solutions. Whether it's customizing a size, adjusting a design, or creating something entirely new, I approach every project as a problem to solve. Being a solution provider is at the core of what I do.
Every piece starts with a plan and a process. Efficiency, precision, and getting things right the first time matter just as much here as they do in IT. Measure twice, cut once—it's the same discipline behind building systems that work and hold up over time.
Woodworking also gives me something tech can't—it's how I decompress. It's hands-on, focused, and a form of self-therapy that lets me reset while still building something meaningful. There's a clear start, a clear finish, and something real to show for it.
Customer service is a pillar of my work—whether I'm supporting people or building for someone's home. Clear communication, reliability, and delivering what I promise matter just as much as the final product.
I'm not a factory. I'm one person with a process, a shop, and a commitment to quality.
